Extreme Engineering’s flat panel systems, are designed as modular climbing walls to offer unlimited configurations. Flat panel systems offer the perfect climbing enviornment for any indoor or outdoor location.

The flat panel system is available in 1 x 1 meter (39” x 39”) square panels. Our flat panel systems are produced with chemically-resistant, glass-reinforced unsaturated polyester resin. Each square meter of the panel offers approximately 5 places for bolt-on climbing holds. The surface of the panel is designed using a six-layer coating of polyester resin and fine quartz sand, eliminating the possibilty of air bubbles appearing under the panel.
